We use Hermes and Royal Mail for UK delivery. Prices are from £3.80 up to £5 depending on the number of items you order and you can choose your carrier at the checkout.

Returns

​It is important that you are happy with your purchase, however buying online is not always easy, so we aim to make the returns process as straight forward as possible.

Please read through the details of the return policy below, before completing your online purchase.

If you wish to return an item(S), the refund request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item(S) and sent back to us within 21 days of receiving the item(S).

Please email hello@noblelionfootwear.co.uk to inform us of the return.

All items must be returned unworn, undamaged & in their original condition, with labels attached.

We advise that you use a registered service for the return and that you retain proof of posting should an item go missing.

We are not responsible for items that do not reach us and are not obliged to provide a refund should an item not arrive.

Original postage costs are non-refundable and please note that we are not responsible for return postage costs.

Upon receipt of your item, you will receive a confirmation email and at this point you can expect refunds to be processed within a 7 day time frame via your original method of payment.
